For all churches in the Presbytery:
$125 minimum for a single service.  $175 minimum for two services.  Plus mileage at the standard IRS rate.  Consult www.irs.gov for the current rate.

For Presbytery Staff:
Members of the Presbytery Staff do not expect to receive honoraria when they speak, teach, or consult at churches of the Presbytery, when they are interpreting the Presbytery's mission or program, or when they represent the Presbytery at ordinations, installations, anniversaries, dedications, retirements or other special events.  When a Presbytery staff person is invited to supply a pulpit when a pastor is on vacation or study leave and provision for pulpit supply has been budgeted by the session, the ordinary honorarium should be provided.  In an emergency situation, staff members are glad to fill in for a pastor as available and an honorarium would be appropriate only if the session has budgeted for such eventualities.

Honoraria for Moderators:
Minister members of the Presbytery who are asked to moderate a Session meeting or Congregational meeting in the absence of the church's moderator or during the period of a pastoral vacancy should receive an honorarium of $50 plus mileage at the current standard IRS mileage rate. (See first section above for current rate.) Members of COM performing Presbytery duties who are asked to moderate a Session meeting or Congregational meeting on a one-time basis do not need to be compensated.
