After some opening conversation, the VMTF reviewed their meeting with the Coordinating Cabinet earlier in the month and took a good look at some of the questions that came out of that meeting, especially those dealing with budgeting and communications.  The TF also heard a report from Sharon Core about her meeting with the Vision Fund Team, and spent the remainder of the meeting planning the schedule and focus for their in-person mini-retreat to be held on November 13.  The retreat will be primarily focused on envisioning some new structure possibilities, based on all of the conversations, feedback, and suggestions the TF has been gathering for the past many months.
