On a Monday that was already full of good things (visit with Jermaine Ross-Allam, PWR Stated Meeting), the VMTF met in the morning to welcome new members David and Matt (and – in absentia – Zoë), and to name some recurring themes we are seeing:

• Fewer committees

• Development of groups that best serve our purpose

• Provide more interactions with members of Presbytery 

• Structure cannot exist in silos — need cross-involvement 

• Web of connectivity 

• Accountability 

• Flexibility

• Innovation

• Leadership Development
