After centering ourselves with a reflection on poetry from John O’Donohue’s To Bless the Space Between Us, the VMTF had an extensive dialogue with Corey S-H specifically about financial strategy and budgeting.  Lots of talk around the four dimensions of a complete financial plan: budgeting with forecasts, vision story, investment strategy, and reporting.  We especially examined the importance of budgeting being a visionary leadership activity and not an administrative activity.
